Center Stage Catering is a local, family owned company whose roots run deep.  In early 2000, Chef John Schopp and his wife, Karen, discovered they were really good at feeding people who appreciate fresh cooked food with attention to detail … AND they loved doing it so they launched a catering company! 

With several awards and many five-star reviews under the belt, the Center Stage team enjoys coordinating large events for some of the most reputable companies in the region and helping couples' wedding dreams come true. Over the last 20 years, they've learned the secret to giving everyone we meet a big, warm Virginia welcome.

You can bring home a serving of gourmet comfort food for your Thanksgiving Dinner this year, thanks to the Center Stage Catering Happy Thanksgiving Menu! From full meals to ala carte sides or desserts, you can select pre-made delights so that you don't have to do all of the cooking yourself. These also make fantastic bring-alongs when you have lots of houses to visit or need a creative thank you gift! If you're coming to my house, a Chocolate Pecan Pie with Salted Caramel won't go unappreciated. There's even a homemade doggie treat option! You'll be able to select from a wide array of main courses, sides, and desserts. Apple cornbread stuffed pork loin, Virginia black oak ham, and brown sugar pecan hot smoked salmon are among the headliners.
